Max Tools Inc is headquartered in Birmingham, Alabama, and since our inception back in 1985, we have proudly represented the product lines of many of industry's foremost manufacturers from around the world. Max Tool Inc has been awarded coveted supply contracts from some of the largest manufacturing plants in the great state of Alabama, many of which we have operated successfully for more three years. We are owned by Dudley Barton, who serves as our president and Chief Executive Officer. Dudley has been in the cutting tool and milling cutter business for over 25 years now, and was the one who founded Max Tool in 1985, along with Von McKnight, who now serves in a sales consultant capacity. In addition to Mr. Barton, our general manager is Dave Browning, who has been with us for over 20 years now.
