Management: Max Tool is owned by Dudley Barton, president and CEO. Dudley has been in the cutting tool business for over 25 years. Dudley co-founded Max Tool in 1985 with Von McKnight, who now serves in a sales consultant capacity. Our general manager is Dave Browning, who has been with Max Tool since 1988.
